Granite: The natural beauty of granite countertops will bring lasting beauty to your home. Granite comes in a large variety of colors and comes with an assortment of edge details. Polished granite is very durable and virtually maintenance free. There are usually only one or two seams versus a countertop with an abundance of grout lines to keep clean. It can be combined with any decorative tile to add a decorative touch to your kitchen or bathroom backsplash. Because granite is a natural stone, variations in color are inherent. We recommend all customers personally select their materials while visiting the slab yard.

Granite Counters: Use coasters under all glasses, particularly those containing alcohol or citrus juices. Many common foods and drinks contain acids that will etch or dull the surface of many stones. Do not place hot items directly on your stone surfaces. Use trivets or mats under hot dishes

Quartz countertops are ideally suited for kitchens, vanities, bar tops and other surfaces throughout the home. They combine natural quartz, one of nature’s hardest materials, with high-quality polymer resin and pigment to produce a durable yet luxurious surface.

Harmful To Use

Do not use vinegar, lemon juice or other cleaners containing acids on marble, limestone, travertine, or onyx surfaces.

Do not use cleaners that contain acid such as bathroom cleaners, grout cleaners or tub & tile cleaners.  Use abrasive cleaners such as dry cleansers or soft cleansers.

SPECIAL NOTE: Do not mix bleach and ammonia, this combination creates a toxic and lethal gas.
